CONSUMER'S RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION (WITHDRAWAL)
Consumers have a reflection period of 14 days, counting from the date of order delivery, during which they can proceed with the return of the product, without needing to indicate any reason for doing so.
A Consumer is understood as a User who is a natural person acting for purposes that are outside the scope of their commercial, industrial, artisanal, or professional activity.
To exercise the right of free resolution (withdrawal), the following cumulative requirements must be met:
- the product must not have been used or tampered with;
- the original characteristics of the product must be maintained; it must be accompanied by its original, undamaged packaging;
- the product must be complete and properly packaged in its original packaging;
- if the item consists of more than one part, these must be returned in their entirety;
- inclusion of a copy of the printed invoice.
In order to exercise the right of free resolution, the Consumer must communicate their decision to terminate the contract by means of an unequivocal declaration that must include their name, geographical address and contacts, identification of the good purchased, date of request and date of receipt of the good. The User may prepare and send their communication of resolution, which must contain the aforementioned information.
The communication of the resolution decision can be sent by electronic mail (to the address information@maximolas.com). In this case, an acknowledgment of receipt of the resolution will be sent to them without delay.
The Consumer must, without undue delay and, at the latest, within 14 days from the date on which they communicated their decision to terminate the contract, send or deliver the ordered product, attaching a copy of the communication of resolution and the purchase invoice, to the following address:

As soon as the order is received, the Consumer will be informed by electronic mail of its reception and the refund of the amounts paid.
Maximolas.com is not responsible for any damages caused during the product return process.
The Consumer will be reimbursed for the value of the item paid at the time of purchase without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which maximolas.com receives the return.
The costs of this return shall be borne by the consumer.
The consumer expressly agrees that the reimbursement will be made by bank transfer without incurring any costs with such transfer.
Maximolas.com does not accept the return of the following products:
- Clotheslines (Estendais)
- Items purchased in campaigns and promotions
